Frequently Asked Questions

Customers can now purchase multiple memberships at the same time, for different people without having to log in to each person’s account individually. This would typically be used if a parent is purchasing Bees Memberships on behalf of their children. 
1. Go to the sign up page here: – click on the JOIN NOW button
Select your club or school  – and the type of membership you require
You should see the membership in your shopping basket
At the bottom of the page click on the ‘Add More Memberships’ button
Select your club or school and the type of membership required. Scroll down and click ‘continue’
You should now see multiple memberships in your basket.
Please note that this only applies if you are purchasing the same membership type for all members of your family (ie all Bees memberships, or all Bees Premium)
Click – continue and log in or create a new account
You will then be prompted to allocate the memberships to your family members:
If the contact does not already exist, you can enter the details. You can use the same email address for each contact.
There will be a single Membership Order on the parents account with a Payment Schedule to collect the monthly payments of all memberships in one go.

Your membership card will be posted to you within 10 working days of making your application.

Click on the ‘Buy Tickets’ button and login using the email address and password you registered when signing up as a member. 

Select the game you wish to attend, then select your seat in Legends A or B and then the concession type (*adult, concession or under 17) to add the ticket to your basket.


Your discount will be applied automatically, and you can select 1 extra seat for the promotion to apply to, for each account linked to your own which has a valid membership. How to link accounts is covered in our FAQ’s

Click ‘Checkout‘ – you will see a summary of your purchase – Select ‘E-Ticket‘ as the option for delivery

Click ‘Continue’ – and check ‘I agree to the terms and conditions‘ 

Click ‘PAY NOW‘ – you will be taken to the payment gateway to complete your purchase

You will be sent an email with your ‘E-Ticket’ – You must bring this with you to gain access to the stadium. You can print the ticket off or bring the email with the QR code to scan at the turn-styles

*Please note you cannot purchase a match ticket using your membership card at our ticket office at The Hive, you must purchase your tickets onlin

Your membership card has a QR code which you scan at the tills in the Hive bar or the club shop when making a purchase. Always remember to bring your membership card when you visit The Hive! Please note that this discount does not apply to hot food in the Legends stand or Tea Huts.

Visit our Foundation website at: . Click on the ‘Activities’ tab and select ‘Birthday Parties’ or ‘Mascot Packages’. Click on the ‘Get in Touch’ button and mention that you are an affiliate club member quoting your membership number (this will be checked!)

Before selecting which session/s you wish to book for your child, log in with the email address and password you registered when signing them up as a member. Select which session/s you want to book to add them to your basket, then enter the promotional code ‘AC-SOCCER’ into the text box provided and click ‘Apply’ when at the basket screen.

Simply go to -select ‘Pay for Parking’ – Log in with your email and password that you registered with to be a member -> Enter your number plate -> Make a payment *PLEASE NOTE – Parking discount does not apply on match days. If you park in The Hive car park during a match you will be charged the full match day rate which is currently £8

Most of the Barnet FC home league matches are CAT B games. This is subject to change and some fixtures are CAT A which will be advised on our website.  We are not allowed to discount any Cup fixtures or play-off fixtures due to competition rules so tickets are not available on discount for these games.

We need 30 days written notice to, including the member’s full name, membership number and include you reason for cancellation

You can link multiple accounts of family members or friends to your account so that you can purchase multiple tickets in one transaction using the ‘Related Contacts’ option.
Click on the ‘Buy Tickets’ button (top right corner) 
Next click on ‘My account‘ (top right) and login using the email address and password you registered with when signing up as a member
Next click on ‘Edit My Details‘ -This will open a new window with your account details
At the bottom of this page you will see ‘Related Contacts‘ – Click where it says ‘Request New Link
Enter the email address of the member you wish to link accounts to (they must be already registered as a member) and click ‘Send Request
The person you are linking with will receive an email asking them to authorize the link – they need to click on the ‘Accept Request‘ link in the email
You can add multiple ‘related contacts’ to your account.

*Related Contacts 

Please note that you will not be able to buy tickets for a ‘related contact’ who has different type of membership to you and still get the discounts applied. If you have a ‘Bees Premium’ and the other account is a ‘Bees Membership’ you will only be able to get the discount for your ticket. If both accounts have the same membership type then you will be able to buy tickets with the discount applied to both members.

Membership will auto renew.
